We had a draining issue with the dishwasher lingering on for a month and a half. I had a poor experience with the previous technician who was not only rude but did not help us with the problem in any way and instead ordered different parts without understanding the issue. Mr Glenn was not only kind but very knowledgeable and was able to repair the dishwasher in the very first appointment without the need for the parts at all.
