Amazing and helpfull

Very positive, technician was experienced and knowledgeable and provided very good maintenance advice for the dryer, and facilitated replacement of my washer, which was too expensive to fix.

The service specialist didn't show up on the first appointment date and didn't have any update that the specialist will not be able to make it. But otherwise, it was an excellent service, quick response and great turn around times. I am a practical person and I understand the day to day challenges at work and hence will still give 5 star to Sears Service team.

The guy came on time. Understood the issue immediately. Called someone for parts. Parts delivered in around an hour. Everything fixed and working!!!

Excellent. The repair service called during the given time period to let me know that the repair technician would be arriving in a few minutes. The repairman showed up promptly and was courteous. My washer received it's annual tune-up quickly and efficiently.

The pump went on my washing machine and I called and got an appointment the next day. The technician was very pleasant, arrived within the stated time window, fixed it quickly, and the cost to repair was extremely reasonable. Because I booked my appointment online I got an additional 20% off so I was very pleased!

The service specialist that arrived (on time) was one of the most helpful I have ever met. Besides fixing our range he offered many tips on keeping the range in good shape and made sure we got all the discounts we could get. Most discounts I would not have known existed.

Making the appointment was very easy online. I had to cancel the appointment and there was no problem. Made a second one and the service specialist was very polite, knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it!! I am very satisfied.

I have been a Sears home appliance repair client for many years. I strongly suggest it and the service is VERY good.
