The technician, Paul, who was very courteous and professional, took the time to explain in detail what was the cause of our refrigerator malfunctioning, and also gave us advice on how to get the most of our 10-year old Whirlpool refrigerator. We were very grateful.

I scheduled a service call on my Samsung dryer online Friday afternoon and choose the first available time slot on Monday. I received emails and texts confirming my appointment. On day of service, I received updates on service rep arrival. He arrived earlier than expected. Erick was very courteous and got right to work on diagnosing my dryer's issue (no heat). He repaired my dryer and provided helpful suggestions on keeping up with cleaning the dryer vent. I am very happy with my prompt service repair and will call Sears Appliance Repair in the future when needed. Thank you!

I have had a service contract with Sears on my refrigerator for 15 years. It has been an excellent investment as the fridge has been problematic from the start. Sears Service has been very responsive and generally has a technician out the following day. If you are thinking about buying a service contract on one of your appliances, I would not hesitate to use Sears.
