I needed my Lawnmower repaired. I needed some parts which arrived in 4 days. My next appointment was 4 weeks out. The technician told me to call if the parts come early unfortunately there was no appointment available. There was not a single person you could talk to only virtual messages. Several times I got in to a lop about med alert and this has not been the first time that happen. The Technician was great he serviced my Mower before I would give him 5 stars. Sears Service set up I would give 0 stars.
