Sears is thorough as far as keeping you up to date on scheduled arrival of repairman. When I made the appointment online, I noted in the comments that my dryer was reading an F1 code and not starting. It would've saved the repairman a trip if I could've gotten a call requesting more info, and they could've ordered my part sooner. Typically they are at your house within 24 hours. The part had to be ordered and paid for in full, and then I had to go without a dryer for a week and a half. Very nice repairman, they are always cordial and polite. I will definetly continue to use Sears repair services.

Every time a service rep comes out they are very professional. Prior to the appointment they communicate very well about when they will arrive and while at my home they are friendly and communicate well. Unfortunately it took multiple trips to fix the issue with my dryer.

Very pleasant and helpful but, yet again, the person arrived outside the agreed time window without letting me know in advance. I shouldn't have to call to find out.
