I called because my clothes washer has been taking forever to complete the cycle. Sometimes, it would just wash and wash for more than an hour and would not complete cycle. In any event, even it finished the cycle, it was as much as an hour......NOT THE 45 MINUTES IT STARTED OUT TO BE. The technician came. it completes cycle but it still is taking 50 minutes for a simple wash....even when I turn off stain booster and use express wash (technician's suggestion).

Not a bad place for deals on scratch and dent items. I've purchased several appliances from them. Warning; you will be hounded if your not firm about not needing help currently. They will try to sell several warrantees to you. Do your research, it's hard to get repair techs to your house now due to sears' financial troubles.

Over $300 just for 10 min visit to replace a tiny part to allow the dryer door to close. I could hae bought a small dryer just for the cost of fixing this tiny part. In my opinion, this is taking advantage of customers. Shame on you

We requested service for a washer under AHS. Over 5 weeks, Sears sent 4 different technicians who did not have enough experience to do the repair. Extremely poor service and unprofessional technican who struglled to instal the panel, left the washer loose without completing the installation. In the middle of the job, he needed to order controller unit and detergent dispenser. He said he would go outside to his truck for 5 mins to complete the order authorization.He went out and took off. After our complaint to AHS, Sears sent an experienced technician to complete the repair, he couldn't. His final recommendation was to replace the washer with a new one. After he left we received a message that the job was completed. ... # Attached is a screen photo of the last technician Tablet showing his recommendation to replace the washer.

WORST REPAIR COMPANY!!! I bought a washer less than a year ago, and it already broke down. The insurance company assigned Sears as the repair provider. After multiple cancellations and rescheduled appointments, ordering the wrong parts, and even damaging existing parts, they twice falsely reported to the home insurance company that the washer had been repaired when it had not. It felt like an attempt to avoid replacing the washer while it was still under warranty. The experience was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Technicians arrived late and even left without completing the repair. Because of this experience, I would be very hesitant to purchase any more products from Whirlpool Corporation just to avoid dealing with this service situation again.

Replaced top rack , after he left I went to load and right side of top rack fell off when pulled out to load dishwasher , I have now another new claim … hopefully with a new tech that knows what they are doing !

This was the worst service experience I've ever experienced in my entire life. The technician was malignant from the time he got out of his car. He explicitly stated, before leaving my house, that he likes to argue. My oven wasn't working and all that needed to be done was to turn the gas back on to the oven. Why the technician didn't check that the first time he came to check the oven issue is beyond me. The next time I have an issue with my oven, no matter how minor the issue is, I will purchase a new stove rather than deal with this company ever again. I have a great local applicance store where I will go for a new appliance. This experience dragged out over a week and it was a simple fix that was overlooked by a "professional."
