Rickey was great
He was awesome and pleasant. Took care of the dryer and now it stopped squeaking and there isn't anymore lint. I do wish however he went above and beyond on the washer cleanup as he only took care of the inside, some of the rubber on the top load and soap dispenser was still dirty. But hey I didn't pay full price for the cleaning.

Excellent service!
Albert showed up early, explained clearly what the problem was, was quick and courteous and cleaned up after himself. Couldn't ask for more. The payment app was kind of complicated, but that got dealt with. CALLERS were another story. Some lady called from Sears on Friday to confirm the appointment "So there's a smell of burning when your oven lights." Me: "No, it doesn't turn on at all, that's the problem" Caller: "So you're in Miami, right?" Me: "No, MA is for Massachusetts" I asked her to check my address because she seemed to be calling about the wrong job. She was either under-trained, or very dumb, or possibly drunk. Don't know which.
