He was very kind patient he’s been out here before and I guess the company kept sending the wrong parts but hopefully this time they got it right he put it in. He’s very good at what he does. I give him 100% he’s very good with customers and what he does.

The tech himself was great. The length of time we had to wait once the part came in to when the tech came to do the repair wasn't to long. Overall, the appliance is fixed and we are happy.

The customer service prior was good though only AI support and not an actual person. On the day of, Ricky (the technician) was very professional, efficient and detail-oriented. I was quite pleased.

Rudy did a great job diagnosing and providing the info about the part that needed replaced. That being said, Sears is reliable but prices are not realistic. I was able to do my one repair using the info from Rudy in about 10 minutes and $30. Sears wanted $550 which is the cost of a new appliance. The prices are not realistic
