I was so lucky to get Vonzell. He was such a professional and very knowledgeable in his field! Went Beyond expectations checked washer and dryer inside and out! Even vacuumed the vents outside for the dryer! Best technician I ever had at my home and I been with sears many years. He should be commended job well done a total asset to your organization.
