Arkadiy is a real professional. He called to let me know when he would be arriving. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He explained why the part failed; corrosion caused by moisture. He gave me helpful tips on how to use the dishwasher more efficiently. Sears is lucky to have him.
