Great customer services Excellent Work.

Fast service. Good value. Very professional.

We are big users of Sears Home Services. This particular experience with a dryer was fine once we got the technician at home. But we had two missed appointments until we could get the person to fix the dryer. We spent four days waiting for the technician to fix the dryer and it took us almost 2 weeks. Most of the technicians are very good and very experienced. Sears is trying to put in some new systems and they still have some sorting out to do. I get daily text messages asking me to confirm my upcoming service, but shouldn't I only have to do that once? Please?

Vonzel was very helpful and pleasant although my washer didn’t need repair. He explained that the drain is clogged and I need to hire a plumber to solve the problem.

Ricky was excellent. He was polite and efficient. My street had construction, but Ricky walked up to my house. We are very pleased with his service. Our Dryer works fine.

Him and his partner were great, but I need to know the name of the parts that the dryer needs.
