The technician was wonderful - the best I’ve ever seen. He was on time, had the parts in his truck, and knew exactly what the problem was. He was knowledgeable, skillful and thorough. I wish all the technicians I’ve had over the past 50 years were as good as my technician. You should request this guy if you need repairs - he’s that good.

The repair technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. He went above & beyond to call as he was working in the area on another job and he had the part with him. He provided great service. Repair technician gets 5 🌟 The AI way of doing things and having no option to speak to a Iive person was very frustrating and the process was not Nice as I could hsve been. AI only gets 3.75 🌟
