The technician was great, no complaints. Previous visit-The service company is very disappointing. There is no window during the day for service and twice i waited all day and got a message late in the afternoon both times that my appointment would have to be re- scheduled. It is also impossible to talk to a human. I tried multiple numbers with no success. I would recommend the tech but not the service company This visit, everything worked out, but the mechanism for tracking estimated time of arrival is poor. Still, it's impossible to talk with a human.

This person fixed the issue. The last technician who came was supposed to fix the rubber door gasket but he made the issue worse than before. This guy fixed the issue in 10 minutes. Have not had the washer for over a week.

The initial appointment with a tech was delayed by hours. He arrived late. He ordered parts, which arrived in a week. Then, that very same tech didn't show up for 3 consecutive appointments in a week, no texts or calls. It took hours to get a supervisor involved to schedule a 4th appointment with someone else. Scott was assigned! Sears you need to do better. 😞 Scott was very courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed my dishwasher promptly!! Thank you.

The technician was friendly, courteous, helpful. He attempted to repair my washer multiple times. If it wasn’t for the fact that the washer could not be repaired I would give him 5 stars.

Ricky was professional and responsive. However, the machine is still not working properly. It’s still stopping in the middle of a cycle with a UE code. When I readjust the load and restart it, it adds time and refills the tub.
