It was a pleasure having Ricky as my service technician today. My problem with my refrigerator has been going on for over 3 months. My original technician came September 5 and stated he needed to order a new water/ice dispenser for the refrigerator. Never heard from him again and found out original service ticket was closed and I was never notified. Ricky came in and went through the refrigerator and since I had a new water filter I asked him to install it since it was close to being replaced. Lo and behold the water started to dispense like new. It appears that the filter may have had an issue and Ricky was able to save the day. The new water filters with these refrigerators is very hard to snap in place and last time I had to call on my neighbor to tighten. Ricky found that there is a device that slips on the base of filter to help snap it in place. Ordered it from amazon right away. Service tech was a gentleman.
