Top level customer service and care. Very knowledgeable about what was needed to be repaired and what parts were needed, advised of the cost of the repair in order for me to evaluate whether I chose to have him continue with that repair because he had the parts. My Kenmore is an older model and he was familiarized with what it needed to be fixed and the parts that we needed.
