I had to fix my dishwasher . . . was leaking a bit. So, I called Sears and set up the appointment. Got a quick response, with a date for the service, saying they'd show up sometime between 8 and 5 that day. Okay, I could deal with that up to a point, but NOT the day of, when it was still from 8 to 5. Do I have a whole day to stay home and sit around until the service guy shows up? NO! Why can't they give a small window? I'd even feel better with 8 to noon, or noon to 4, but it's crazy to expect us to hang around ALL day. Get your act together and come up with a better system that puts more emphasis on customer service. Thank you!

Vonzell was so nice and polite and came 2 1/2 hours past his time which I appreciated- he still took his time to assess my washing machine. He was driving all over the place today- Sears should try harder to bundle the repair calls or if they are heavily booked then just say so and I could’ve done another day. I sat around yesterday and no one even called me to say they were or were not coming. Vonzell had called me earlier to tell me he would be here today. Very nice man and knowledgeable.

My service person today (Vonzell) was levels better than the one I had previously stop by. Instead of abruptly leaving like the prior service man, he troubleshot the issue and got it resolved. I would like to highlight that within minutes of arriving the initial service person dismantled my dryer and then lied telling me that he did not have the part needed to fix my dryer and then as he was walking out (leaving screws to my dryer on my window shelf) told me that it would take a week or so to get the needed part. Vonzell spent time reviewing the issue and explained to me that it was simply a severed wire that he was able to reconnect. So though I am very happy to have had the help of Vonzell. The other service person was not helpful at all.

Vonzell, the repair tech, was great! He was efficient, knowledgeable with a great demeanor. I am very pleased with the service and will ask for him again.
