Finally Tech that came this eve did a great job! This was after two appts that no one showed and when a tech arrived friday spent 2 mins here saying it was a two person job. Extremely dissapointing customer service by Sears!!!! ! What a way to treat customers Sears!!! Hours to make appts and no show techs!!! Horrible customer service!! I have spent endless hours trying to make appts. Disgraceful customer service and worse that they dont even communicate any info about appliance issues from customers to techs beforehand. Finally This eve a lovely elder tech completed job all by himself!!

Geralson was great! Very thorough, patient and knowledgeable. Even though he couldn't find anything wrong, he kept looking for the source of the noise. He could tell I wanted to get to the bottom of it and he did! He swapped out the old pieces for new ones and hopefully prevented an issue later. Appreciate his efforts very much!
