The tech was great; thorough and professional. Scheduling was easy but tracking arrival times was a nightmare with on-and-off times and techs, not to mention a complete No Show with no notification on one occasion. Had to reschedule twice. One tech arrived after hours. Today’s tech arrived two hours before estimated. Don’t plan your day around this schedule. Just grab a good book and sit in the corner all day until you get the call that the tech is in your driveway.
