Fednel our technician went above and beyond in replacing the condenser of our 4 year old refrigerator

I gave him 5 stars because he came on time, absolutely knew what he was doing and fixed my refrigerator. He was pleasant and did his job well!! I have been with out a refrigerator since the end of October!! The experience dealing with Sears however was unexceptable and very frustrating. Waiting 2 weeks for an appointment, getting cancelled at 7pm the same day and having to wait another 2 weeks for an appointment. No one seemed to care that I did not have a working refrigerator for over two months!!

Washer/dryer repair specialist Ricky found parking and quickly installed provided parts for washer, very efficient.

On time. Organized and efficient.

Repair person was professional, polite, communicative and on time. Diagnosed the issue quickly.

Vonzelle is superb! Lovely human being and the nicest knowledgeable professional and smiley person I know from Sears repair! Welcomed anytime!
