This person fixed the issue. The last technician who came was supposed to fix the rubber door gasket but he made the issue worse than before. This guy fixed the issue in 10 minutes. Have not had the washer for over a week.

The initial appointment with a tech was delayed by hours. He arrived late. He ordered parts, which arrived in a week. Then, that very same tech didn't show up for 3 consecutive appointments in a week, no texts or calls. It took hours to get a supervisor involved to schedule a 4th appointment with someone else. Scott was assigned! Sears you need to do better. 😞 Scott was very courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed my dishwasher promptly!! Thank you.

The technician was friendly, courteous, helpful. He attempted to repair my washer multiple times. If it wasn’t for the fact that the washer could not be repaired I would give him 5 stars.

Ricky was professional and responsive. However, the machine is still not working properly. It’s still stopping in the middle of a cycle with a UE code. When I readjust the load and restart it, it adds time and refills the tub.

Extremely poor communication from Sears throughout. Technician arrived 3.5 hours after the 4-hour repair window. I wasted my whole day sitting at home waiting for them. Couldn never reach a human on the phone to ask a question or figure out a plan. Prior to visit, an ordered part was cancelled without notifying me and I had no way of knowing to order another.

My appointment time was changed without any notification. I found out after I called Sears almost a half hour the scheduled time which was between 8-12. When I called to see what was going on, I was told that my time was changed without contacting me. Bad business practices.
