I have to wait 2 weeks to they come to repair the refrigerator! The technician did the job. The Refrigerator is working two days. I will update this review if something change!

Ricky, the technician for the washer and dryer is excellent. Sears the company is horrible! I would give up the Sears insurance and pay Ricky. First it is hard to get a person, then it is hard to get an appointment, then they send you conflicting notices about the appointment (for example”Your technician will be there between 8 and 12.” “Expected arrival is 2:25” What clock do they use?) it didn’t matter because at 2:00, I got a notice that he would be coming the following day! So expect to spend your entire day waiting for no one to come. And that was the good news! They have NO technician for the air conditioner or garage door opener. Get my own and they will reimburse me $75. Anyone who comes out for $75 probably doesn’t know what they are doing. Sears and Spirit Airlines must be inept cousins! Stay away!!!

Sears used to be an excellent name for their good product and services. But the repairman today used their trade name is not the same . I have choice home warrenty . Every appointment, is always 8am to 5 pm with little consideration about how difficult that is for a property manager like me . Worst than that, after waited so long , my problem sti not resolved , either being cancelled , or a send full day , end up only paying for the. Opaymdnt , said choice home warrenty need to replace it , it’s no longer produce it , only a refrigerator broken drawer . Which is untrue , because I ordered my self from all brand appliance. Because I waited for month , when I received it , it’s missing the top , and cost me over $180 , I de use to return it and go through my choice home watrenty. Thinking why I have to pay that much . Now choice home warranty debt the pay , for whatever the excuses . I was told CHW always denib, you need to fight to get paid

Service person didn't speak English. Labor and part cost twice as much as market prices so I didn't go forward with the washer repair and just paid the diagnostic fee. Not happy. Purchased an add on for maintenance of my drier and did not get a report on what maintenance was done. Will probably never use Sears service again.

Repair person was fantastic. The warranty/home services is misleading and the change the rules from the time I signed up until the first service call. Complete scam. They do not cover most repairs or appliances.

Ricky was a great tech!!! 360$ in labor is absolutely ridiculous. He was done in less than 10 minutes and the part cost 70$. Sears should be ashamed.

Way too many text messages leading up to appointments. Then, despite the numerous confirmations from Sears saying between 8-12, at 11:30, updated to 2:30-4:30. Whole day as other reviewers have shared. Technician was fine but wasn’t prepared with towels-used our whole roll. Fridge is fixed, so that’s good, but am happy with decision NOT to buy Sears appliance insurance based on other reviews—sounds the same as my experience.
