Do NOT use Sears Home Services. You're not able to talk to a human to book the appointment or to follow up after they've scammed you. I paid $129 for a tech to tell me I need to clean the dryer vent and that he couldn't do it. I paid another person to clean it and the dryer still didn't work. I had a tech from UltraFix look at it and it's finally fixed. When I tried to call Sears Home Services to complain, there's no way to speak to a human. When I complained on here, Sears Home Services tells you to call the automated phone line.

AI messed up the whole appt from wrong appliance to scheduling . The voicemail message called me every 15 minutes🤷🏽‍♀️. You took $100 out of my account and now I have to schedule another appt . I HATE YOU AI SUSTEM AND I WANT TO MAKE AN APPT WITH A LIVE OERSON AND I DO NOT WANT ANY REMINDERS EVERY 15 MINUTES!!!! Totally disappointed!!!!!!

i am giving 1 stars. This technician came out and did absolutely nothing. My machine is still NOT working. He came and looked at my machine. Left the part the was bought to be replaced. As well as told me my machine works and IT DOES NOT. There is also a language barrier.

Total rip off. I paid close to $500 for parts and labor. I was assured that with the new parts our ice marker would be working. It is not working. I am getting no response from the team. Poor work. I need a refund.

Problem was not diagnosed correctly and it was not resolved. I had to pay LG $456 to fix the problem. After my original review and response from Sears service. Tried to contact them but there is no live representative to talk to and AI does not know how to address complaints.

My refrigerator was repaired Friday and today is Monday and it is again malfunctioning. This is after it was repaired in January. I went over 2 weeks with no refrigerator while parts were ordered, delivered and new parts ordered.

Unbelievable. The tech charged over $500 for the part and once he arrived, he didn't even fix our fridge door and immediately left without noticing me. Once I got out of my meeting, I noticed the freezer door was not fixed. He left no number or info on how to contact him if there were issues. Sears Home also is "AI only" now so I can't even contact a real human being. This whole service is a SCAM....calling my bank to get a full refund as there's no way to get a refund online.
