This is absolutely the worst company EVER. Taken four days off from work and repair guy never shows up. Plus the company is run by bots or a call center in India which is completely unable to do anything. STAY AWAY. Wouldn't give one star if I didn't have to.

I was disappointed with the service I received. The spin cycle of my washing machine wasn’t working. The repairman turned on the wash cycle letting water run in, opened up the front of the machine, looked around and said I needed a new motor. I told him every other cycle works except for the spin cycle. He pulled of the the knob that selects the cycles and said that the part is broken and the part is no longer available. He never checked to find a part number to see if it could be available. Once he put the machine back together again, the cycle selection knob hung loosely in place.

Paid $435 to fix an electrical problem in my dryer. Dryer still not working. Very disappointed. ** Update: they came back and claimed to find a totally unrelated problem that will cost $500+ to fix!! Un-believable. Stay away feom these crooks!!

The guy was very unprofessional, I could barely hear him speak. He barely touched the washing machine and came to the conclusion it was broken and he quoted me a repair price that is higher than purchasing a brand new washer. All with a straight face.

Technician only spent 10 minutes at the house. Water was in machine and he chose to ignore the problem. Very poor service!!

Albert was unable to locate the model number on the oven, so he refused to do any work on the oven. He then falsely claimed that I had declined a repair estimate (which he never provided and could not have provided given that he refused to do any work), and he forged my signature on a declined work estimate. His actions have caused Sears to bill me for a $129 “diagnostic fee” which I do not owe, given that no diagnostic services (or any other services) were performed. I will be pursuing legal action against Sears for his unfair, deceptive, and unlawful actions. EDIT (12/1): Sears responded below with an invitation to visit a website or call a phone number. The website is of no utility, and the only option upon calling the phone number is to speak to an AI agent. This is further unlawful and deceptive conduct by Sears, which represented below that these steps would lead to an actual dispute resolution process, when in fact it did nothing of the kind.

we were supposed to get service one day. 8-5 window. no show - cancelled at 5pm. Next day, missed my tenants even though they were home. Came back that day, but had a significant language barrier. **Update - no usable notes from technician visit. I booked this through American Home Shields (AHS). First person from AHS was unable to get Sears on the phone - said notorious for not having people answer. Second preson from AHS got through to Sears. Scheduled a Sears Technician to come out the following day (8am-3pm window). Sears Technician came, but spent 1hr waiting on the phone trying to get through to "corporate." He was ultimately unable to get through to corporate and left, saying he had to get to other customers. Still no resolution.

Terrible experience with Sears to repair the ice maker of a fridge. Appointments were booked by Sears several times and got postponed by its system. Technician flagged the status as “complete” when nobody showed up for the repair appointment twice and nothing was done over three months.
