rude, never called, bang on door so hard pictures fell of wall, filters he installed fell onto gas stove, refused to take old filters with him. Seeing i am totally disabled

Awful customer service. Cancel and reschedule appointments with no contact to the customer. Been trying to get a refrigerator fixed since November Annoyed beyond belief

HORRIBLE. I have a warranty so I have no other option but to use this horrible company, unless I want to pay out of pocket. Appt #1 - Dec 30. NO SHOW. But the tech claims he came to my house and I was not home. Mind you I took the day off from work to be home. I was home ALL day and have video cameras to prove he never showed up to my house. Appt #2 - Jan 6. Showed up. But had to order parts that coincided with the error code. Appt #3 - Jan 24. No show #2 Appt #4 - Jan 29. No show #3 Appt #5 - Rescheduled to Feb 6 3 days of missed work sitting at home waiting for this company to show up. My advice is to pay the extra money out of pocket for a reliable service company and stay as far away from these unreliable hacks as you can get.

Do not pay for this service!! I have tried to have someone come to fix my oven at least four separate times over the last two months and no one has ever shown up. When I call it takes forever to get in touch with a person and when I do I get promised a technician will come and be in touch and then nothing happens. I also asked to cancel and was put on hold for twenty minutes then disconnected. I never write reviews but the service has been so poor and frustrating I don’t want anyone else to experience it.

I am dealing with sears for months now to have my fridge repaired. It collects water in vegetable/fruit tray. No. of appointments, some rescheduled at last moments , no. of techs showed up replaced part or two but problem still persist. I would not recommend their services. I got numerous emails and texts about having an appointment on Oct 11 2024. Yet when you click on link it showed the apartment is today 23 rd Oct between 8 and 12. Yet it's no show today as of now. 10-24-24 Got a call at 3 PM yesterday, that they can not make it on scheduled time, which was between 8-12. The appointment was scheduled for next day between 1 pM and 6 PM. The listed phone no., when you call there is no human on the other end. The automated service asks for your phone no., I have two listed on my profile yet they can't find any reference. The web site has limited options for chat so no luck there as well. 10-25-24 Waited for tech to show up. Again no show until 6 PM. Fortunately the site was updated stating the tech is running late. The tech showed up after 7 PM. He was done within half an hour. I hope that is it. Keeping my fingers crossed. Sears should realize the customers have to take time off from their regular work and wait for the tech to show up. With numerous cancelations at last moments the customer time off from his or her own work is waste.

Overall this was a horrible experience. Scheduled a Sears service appointment for a broken microwave and confirmed the appointment via text and email. The day of the appointment (windows 8 am - 5 pm) the scheduling center called and said the tech couldn’t come (around 1 pm) and that I needed to reschedule. We found time the following week and again the same wide window but this time the tech showed up. He was perfectly pleasant and explained the issues quickly as well as the cost to repair. We agreed to the price and the parts were ordered from Amazon and shipped directly to our home. The itemize bill from Sears included labor costs (which they were transparent about) and the price of the parts, specifically listed as over $300. Not as issue at first, until the Amazon box came with the receipt taped to the part which started it cost $29. We called Sears to explain we were over charged for the price of the part and they said the technician had to adjust the price so again we waited for him to come back, we mentioned the discrepancy and he said he could not adjust all he could do was refund the cost of the parts, still had to pay 250 for labor and he collected the new parts and left us with a broken microwave. The call center keeps passing the call around and the tech said his hands were tied.. if you are going to up charge a part 10 fold you should not ship the receipt to the customer. 100% would never use or recommend this company.

DO NOT GET THE MASTER PROTECTION AGREEMENT! It is a rip off. If you are able to book an appointment, you have to wait all day for them to come and oftentimes they don't show up. I was told at 1:45 that he would not be coming that day when he was scheduled to come between 8 and 2. If they offer to reimburse you if you get your own repair, again, expect little. I have been waiting 3 months to be reimbursed $216. This is after several phone calls and several emails. Plus when another company saw the air conditioner, the Master Protection person had not really done anything over the years except change the filter. I WANT OUT! Sears has plummeted. Fortunately, I got their last good appliance, my dishwasher. But their service (or lack of service) is barely worth the amount of time and energy I have had to waste chasing them for service - most of which is below standard. (The serviceman for my washer and dryer was good - I think!) Frustrating!!!!

Terrible. I waited 3 weeks for a repair. My LG refrigerator still not fixed. Freezer does not freeze & refrigerator part has condensation on all surfaces. Repair person charged $500. He did not send a receipt as promised and left 40lb compressor for me to dispose, saying, "It is your trash." This is a rip off and Sears should be ashamed. Will be reporting to BBB.
