Arrived more than an hour after the designated time with no advance notice. Offered no apology or explanation. Spoke in a rude and impatient manner. Will never allow a person like that in my home again. Worst service I have experienced by Sears.

Technician arrived outside of the time window. He managed to fix the problem we were having but then created another. Now our fridge has an error code and is overheating. We had to turn the fridge off and will probably lose our groceries before we can get anything else fixed…

Tech left trash on the floor I had to sweep up. I had to dispose of the boxes the replacement items came in. Tech left without letting me know the job was completed. My refrigerator has two deep gashes in it from the removal of the wall oven that I was not made aware of.

Scheduled appointment for technician to fix my AC. They strung me along all day saying they were on the way then cancelled 5 hours after the appointment time with no reason provided, no follow-up and not even a notification. I called to reschedule and the same thing happened two days later. Person on the phone was nice but the company seems unorganized and unprofessional. Pretty frustrating experience.

Leave immediately for another repair service!! Technician came out for washing machine and said he fixed it. Tried a load 2 days later and it had the same issue. The second spin cycle didn’t happen and clothes were sopping wet. Had another technician come out who was 11/2 hours later than the 4 hour window. Told me the machine worked and when I insisted he look at it again, presented me with a $448 bill for parts and wanted to know when I would pay. I politely asked him to leave. During this same time my dishwasher was leaking. There is no way to tell them it was a hose issue and to bring a hose. The tech showed up- very nice and ordered the parts and said he would be back the following Tuesday between 1 and 5 pm. I waited and waited and waited. Again there is no way to contact a human being. I went online and they could not locate the appt. Finally I got in contact via chat with a human being and they set up another appt which I am currently waiting for. I waited from 8 am - 12 noon and it is now 12:36 and when I called the number the bot said the tech would be here between 10:47 and 12:17. Oh did I mention I paid $229 for the parts that have been delivered and are on my kitchen table now for 2 weeks. Never ever ever hire them!!!

trash experience they worst company i have ever dealt with. I wish i could give this company a negative star. the guy came and i had already told him exactly what the issues where and how to go about fixing it. he came in a hurry and ready to go to the next call not fixing the damn dryer properly. now i been chasing them for days and can't get anyone on the phone. my machine is still broken.

Sears customer service is the worst!. 2nd year in a row....You can't get a human being on the phone or in web. Their so called AI does not allow you to ask your questions, you are only given choices to make in topic and them to schedule or cancel service. The AI on phone and web are so poorly done, it makes it impossible to schedule several appliances, eg washer and dryer, in one visit. I've written to CEO to point out all of this before, but obviously nobody cares. However, the service man, Albert, was absolutely terrific. Five stars for him
