biggest waste of money and time. Been waiting for a month+ to get our dishwasher fixed under their annual plan. Their repair person was supposed to finally come today and no show-no call, nothing. More than a month now and our dishwasher is still not fixed under their annual plan.

I received horrible customer service after our technician did not show up and lied about it.

I must rate them with a single star, and I would do zero if I could. The technician failed to make a call or appear as scheduled, instead pushing my appointment forward by two weeks. The phone-based customer service felt unengaged and peculiar. I'm starting to question the legitimacy of this company.
