John G. Came in and assessed the problem with my dryer. He checked for parts but seeing the dryer is an older model they are no longer available. We will be getting a new dryer in the near future. John was very knowledgeable regarding the dryer.

Guoxiong came early and called us to say that he was arriving shortly. He was very professional and fixed our washing machine which now sounds excellent- no clicking. Guoxiong also checked out issues we had about the washing machine and told us that everything was working fine now. A very positive technician experience.
