Guoxing was very pleasant and provided quick as well as excellent service. I provided the service center with a screenshot of the make as well as model and the challenge I was having which was my washer not agitating my clothes. He was in and out in less than 1 hour. I will definitely use them again because they were prepared with parts to do the job. Thank you
