Guoxiong came early and called us to say that he was arriving shortly. He was very professional and fixed our washing machine which now sounds excellent- no clicking. Guoxiong also checked out issues we had about the washing machine and told us that everything was working fine now. A very positive technician experience.

The work that was doing my the technician, was excellent. I Loved it five stars.

Service technician arrived right on time and discovered that the broken part on my 1992 vintage dryer was no longer available. I paid the service charge as per our agreement, and was provided with a Sears certificate for a $100 discount on a replacement appliance. It would have been great to be able to repair the or eplace the broken component, but given the situation I was quite happy with the result and would engage Sears Repair service again.
