No points what so ever!!! I have sent 3 emails telling you that you have the wrong email address and to please remove this address in your file. Obviously you have totally ignored my request!!!!!!!!! ONCE more, contact the client by telephone and ask for a corrected email. I DO NOT LIVE IN THE USA AND THIS IS MY EMAIL ADDRESS

This was not a repair! It was an annual check up on all 10 appliances. Your annual service program is getting worse instead of better. We have been with your company since the 1950's! It would be more convenient if your customers were directed to the proper associate to correct problems. This annual visit was the worse job ever!

Problem not fixed stopped working within 24 hours of repair had to wait 7 days before they could come back

A new belt was put on my old maytag washer but within two washloads the belt came off. You have 90 days to report this information to Sears Home Services but I called for days and I got the same message "Due to larger than larger volume there may be a longer than usual wait to speak to a representative." I had to buy a new washer and dryer on 7/10/19 and to date, 7/20/19, I have yet to hear from anyone at Sears about the refund on the repair I feel is due to me. I am very disappointed in Sears and I've been using them since the early 1970's. I will be looking to buy elsewhere.

Dishwasher leeks worse than before. Technician was OK nothing wrong about him, perfectly polite but the reason for the visit was the dishwasher... and that was an utter fail..... Changed gasket... was told that this happens and that the main spray can get clogged and sprays water "in the wrong way".. like I said worse than before and it's always leaked.. supposed to be the top dishwasher of the Kenmore signature range...
