So far Sears has stolen $608.15 from me. I called them to help me out by repairing 2 different appliances for me. They asked to pay first then we’ll do the jobs Never sit down with me telling me here are the cost for both. Can you afford to do both? Never. I was at work on the phone with ZACHARY. Without explanation I can either paid the money now in full or decline and pay $139.00 for a job that’s supposed to be done on the same day. 2 minutes later I got an email saying my repair is rescheduled for 21 days later. I ask for my full refund or you’ll hear from my lawyer

A technician came to my home to repair my dryer. He said the belt was broken and that it would be 427.00 to fix. I paid that amount, but the dryer belt never shipped so I had to cancel the next service date. I requested a refund on two separate occasions, but never heard back, and it has been over a month. Beware of this company.

Show up within the window not 31/2 hours after the latest window! Also note the problem when you left not a total differant analysis in your report. Never mentioned it was a cleaning issue. Said it from heat which would de a defective issue!!! .

Technician did not seem to know what was wrong. Blamed the onboard computer and hot water problems. It was a waste of my service charge.

Very sad 3 months send broken used ebay parts the parts nla and do not want to replace you cannot get a person to answer calls unless you wait an hour then tell you they cannot help you just wait .this is for a microwave policy is not honored very sad that they do this to customers

I had an appointment for servicing my freezer between 9 am and 12 pm today. At 2:46 pm spoke with the technician, who asked me if I had the necessary part. He was told someone had been here but he didn’t have the part. I said no one had been here. He said he’d get here in a few minutes. I told him I was home. Later, when refreshing the page where they “update” the approximate ETA of the technician, I see a photo of my house with a message saying “Sorry we missed you” at 2:38! No knocking, no bell ringing, no text, no call. He stopped, took a picture, and left. What a pathetic outfit! When I called the central number to find out what happened, after being on hold for a long time, someone did answer. And told me all we could do was reschedule, but not until Monday (today is Friday) As if I want to do this again! I have never had such a terrible experience with any other service provider. So, yes, this makes Sears Home Services quite unique. Uniquely awful and unreliable.

Our refrigerator was leaking water. We had a service call and the needed part was ordered. We then had to wait two weeks for the repairman to come back...refrigerator still leaking water. We were told the repairman would be at our home between the hours of 10am and noon. So we rearranged our schedule accordingly. The day of repair we were told the repairman would be at our home between 11:15am and 1:15pm. The new time did not work with our rearranged schedule. I called customer service, it was already after 11am, and the women I spoke to told me there was nothing she could do. The time he will be at our home was it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she kept repeating the time the repairman would be at our home and that her supervisor would tell me the same thing. I never got to speak to a supervisor. The customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. That is the reason I will not purchase any other appliance through Sears or any of its affiliates. Its too bad because the repairman did show up about 11:40am and he was great. He did the best he could with the part that was delivered.

3 repairmen were dispatched for the job. The first one did not want to do the job or be here. Wouldn't give his name or any identifying information about himself. The 2nd and 3rd repair men were knowledgeable and professional, however , the 2nd one properly diagnosed the issue ( a stuck hairpin ) but rather than just removing, he ordered a whole part. I removed the hairpin after he left and was able to use the washing machine w/o any issues! I also do not care for phone customer service as they continusly say Mr. ( entire name), thank for telling , and so slow a call that should take 15 min takes about 45 min! Not sure what happened or happening to Sears, but I'm not as eager to contact them for repairs !

It took us three tries to get the same problem fixed. The first tech said everything checked fine. The second tech said it was the board and replaced it. The third tech said it was a fan but had to order it and come back when we received it. That seems to have finally fixed the problem of the dishwasher never ending the wash cycle. Mind you we needed to take a lot of time off of work and never did the tech show up in the alotted time window. It was always after. The dishwasher is still broken, in that there is now no indicator light saying the dishes have been cleaned but it's livable.
