The work that was doing my the technician, was excellent. I Loved it five stars.

Service technician arrived right on time and discovered that the broken part on my 1992 vintage dryer was no longer available. I paid the service charge as per our agreement, and was provided with a Sears certificate for a $100 discount on a replacement appliance. It would have been great to be able to repair the or eplace the broken component, but given the situation I was quite happy with the result and would engage Sears Repair service again.

Our technician, Andrew, came and fixed multiple problems with our gas range. He had come before, to order the parts, and while the parts took a long time to come, Andrew stayed at our home and fixed all issues. He came on time, and when there was a problem with one of the parts he arranged to have someone deliver the replacement to him that morning at our home. He made it clear he wasn't going to leave until we were satisfied. On future visits I shall ask for Andrew. He's great!

The repairman was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It turned out I needed a plumber because my standpipe was clogged.
