I called Sears after getting screwed from another company who did ZERO testing on my washer but deduced that I needed a new door switch. Tim from Sears came during the promised time slot and tested several things like a good repair person should do. I have a front load washer and dryer so I did have to help him take the dryer off the washer so that he can open up the machine to look inside. All it was was loose wiring inside leading to the computer board. He fixed it on that one and only visit. Don't bother wasting your time with other loser repair people from other companies. I will use Sears each time. Thanks again Tim!
