Excellent. Parts arrived on time. Tom, the tech, went above and beyond to make sure everything works perfectly. Made me glad I kept my service plan. With good service like this it is well worth it!

Appointment was available next day. Polite, timely, efficient work... Very knowledgeable about the appliance. Needed a part to complete work, made a call, went to pick up, came back quickly and finished the job. This is my second equally excellent experience with Sears repair (washer and oven)
