Very good service, courteous and friendly yet professional. After completing the repair, he stayed until all water in the tank had gone through the system and was operating perfectly.

arrived on time. had the part (dishwasher motor) on the truck so it only took one visit. (sadly that was because this model dishwasher has become known for motor problems, but OK). Nice service person.

just Like taking you car to a mechanic my washer did not show the signs of my issue. But the repair man went through everything and it is working now. If I have the problem again I will videotape it so they can see what is happening

The Sears tech, Andrew, performed preventive maintenance service on my air conditioner and dish washer. He was very thorough and had some good tips to prolong the useful life of both units. He also suggested the best way to maintain internal cleaning and demineralizing dish washer lines. During his visit he discovered the dispenser assembly and door seal needed replacement and ordered the parts for next week service. The Sears service agreement is well worth the cost. If for any reason a unit cannot be repaired, it will be replaced free of charge.
