Worst experience the technician Edward from Sears came home before the appointment setup for 1pm, when I texted the contact name to call before entering property they left the premise without asking and charged $100!!

There was no one human to talk about, in the first place. When finally I managed to get an appointment day for my dryer cleaning through AI, I had to wait 8AM to 5PM, for nothing. Somebody called me to sell an “insurance” for my dryer, luckily I didn’t go for it. Nobody was coming and no human being was available to find out what is going on with my appointment. Finally at 4:50PM AI assistant informed me about a “staffing problem” and suggested to reschedule for next week. No thank you Mr. AI, sir. Their office is located in Monpellier, VT. This is a phony business below any standard. Dont use it unless you have a lot of time to waste for nothing. And dont agree to pay them anything for their nothing.

In summary, the service was unprofessional, as the technician left the house without repairing the washing machine, which remains nonfunctional.

Sears came to fix my stove. The tech ordered a part for gas leaking from the stove. That was in July. They reschedule in August and never showed up. Now they want me to wait until mid September. I still have a gas leek. You can not ever talk to a live agent. Very unhappy with this service. 😕
