HE acted like a criminal and falsifying my signature.

Absolutely horrible. 1. Their sales person lied OR the tech didn't follow their process. 2. They tried to charge me $280 for less than 1 hour work and no parts. 3. They scratched my new dryer in multiple places. 4. They damaged my home in addition. 5. Their claims department was supposed to contact me several days ago and they haven't. They wasted my time, damaged my property and tried to charge an outrageous rate for less than 1 hour work.

Technician Paolo P. did not call beforehand to alert of his arrival and when he rang the doorbell, he left within seconds. I have a home that is 3500 sq. foot, we were alerted via electronic doorbell of his arrival and by the time we got to the door he was already gone and there is no number or human being to call back. No operating service, customer service or portal in which to complain of this extremely unprofessional behavior. We have him on camera arriving and leaving within seconds with no attempt to call before or during. Our only course of action is to reschedule only for this to happen all over again. This is an extremely unprofessional business practice and I do not recommend using this service.
