Tech was super friendly and informative. Unfortunately the appliance still isn’t working, with same issue. By the time I go off work to dry clothes, sears department was closed to speak to a human. Calling this morning to hopefully get someone out to fix it again

Go with someone else, this is the second time the “AI” system has messed up the appointment! The number tree when you call doesn’t even go to someone to actually rectify the situation! Garbage service!

Don't waste your time. Had an appointment scheduled several days out. I had been told that a tech would reach out about my appliance issue so they could bring any possible parts to ensure the repair was all done same day. This was also confirmed in the email appointment confirmation I recieved. That didn't happen. I called around 8am the morning of my 8am-5pm appointment window to confirm the appointment was still scheduled because there had been no contact & was assured it was. I was told dispatch would let me know when a tech had been assigned. Just before noon I get a callback stating there was no tech today & they wanted to reschedule. Nope, not wasting another whole day. Oh how far Sears has fallen...
