This was a warranty repair. The technician was very informative got parts on order. The parts came directly to our home and Sears scheduled an appointment to come install. I was informed about everything that was happening had time lines they messaged often to keep us up todate. The technician today came in installed all parts put everything back tested his work cleaned up and left. He was friendly answered all of our annoying questions ( we want to learn everything). Overall its been as pleasant experience as possible

I pay over $1000.00 dollars a year for maintenance, dont understand why customer has to pay service call fee. The last maintenance plan did not charge extra for service call.

Whirlpool refrigerator repair. Dustin is very courteous, polite and professional. He carefully disassembled, replaced faulty parts, and reassembled. My refrigerator is operating normally and quiet.
