I have been waiting for my LG refrigerator to be repaired. The initial repair was requested in September. Now it is November 18 and I had to take off again. This is the 5th appointment and still the job has not been assigned. No wonder sears is out of business.

He only spent about 5 mins looking over the washer before he decided that it was our fault because of customer abuse and neglect. He said that we had overloaded the machine and that is why it was broken. He did not take it apart to check out the problem. He just pushed on the agitator and that was the extent of what he did. He claimed that he tried to remove the agitator but we did not see him do that. We bought a large capacity washer but what good is a large capacity washer if you can’t use it as such. But even then it is just my husband and I and we don’t have a lot of laundry. I am very displeased with the service we received and would not recommend him at all. We are in the process of disputing the denial. As you can see by the pictures we take care of our appliances and our home and most of our appliances are older because we take care of them and keep them for a long time.

No one showed up To fix my product and I stayed home all day. I expect an apology for the inconvenience and for someone to come tomorrow and fix this. I can’t say I have ever been so dissatisfied with such poor service. If you do not come back tomorrow to address this I will promptly report you to the better business bureau No one ever responded. I would give them lower than one star if that was a possibility. Don’t expect Sears customer service to be anywhere near the quality they used to have in their repair men. Their employees now are not knowledgeable and don’t even show up half the time. I called and had another company replace my dishwasher. Will never use sears again. Worst service I’ve ever had

Tells me nothing is wrong. Says it just air from either central heat or vent above stove . The vent was securely closed and I turned heat off so he had no excuse. Used a bent safety 🧷 pin to check the little whole in the center of burner was not clogged. Completely ignored the flames blowing and the fact that the large burner was not burning higher than the others, as it should.
