David was thoroughly professional: prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and quickly diagnosed the problem with my appliance, and gave solid advice/recommendations - then did the same with follow-up. I don't usually do reviews - so many are requested from activity online, but David impressed me enough to take the time. Never met David before, never knew him, and had no other interaction prior to my call for appliance service in case you might be wondering).
