It was very easy to schedule my service appointment with Sears Services online. The technician, Vilmore, did a fabulous job. He was quick to respond, arrived on time, was very good in explaining the issue, as well as what he was going to do to repair it, and clearly explained the pricing. He accomplished all of this with a great attitude and friendly demeanor. I highly recommend Sears Services and their technician Vilmore.
