Bobby was wonderful AND knows what it means to be a reliable service repairman. He was conscientious, knowledgeable, kind & patient! This is the first time a technician came who knew how to do his job. You should have all your repairmen work for SEARS & not a third party contractor. I would like him on speed dial! Thank you Bobby!
