The service we received during our refrigerator/freezer repair was excellent! The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He clearly explained the issues, the parts needed and how the service would work. The cost was high but worth it to not have to replace my built in refrigerator. Repair services are not easy to find, I was skeptical at first but the system used keeps you informed and updated. Byron the technician called in advance each time he visited. I would recommend them.

Dave and Vilmore did a great job. They went out of their way to get the parts needed to fix my dryer because the parts were not delivered in time for my repair. They were polite and kind and caring people. If I have another repair I hope it is one of them that comes. They were the best repair guys I've had in the 30 years I've had Sears Warranty Plan.
