The technician was very clever. The clothes washer is no longer made, and no replacement parts were available. However, he created his own replacement part out of alternative things in his truck and got the washer working again. Very friendly.

Technician was 5 star, but you need to call in the morning like the text said and give an ETA or say click link to see ETA. I was waiting for a call like the text said. Text was misleading.
