Easy to schedule repair service on-line. Donnie arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and corrected it. There should be an explanation of the basis for labor charges.

The individual workers were excellent but the automated dispatch system was not so good and resulted in a delay of almost a week, which is a long time when your fridge doesn't work
