This repair was scheduled for September 5th and was rescheduled 3 times. The part was available in August 21st, and the job was cancelled on August 29th. At least I should get a service discount for the terrible warranty schedule issues. My home has been without a working refrigerator since August and a warranty repair should never take this long.

I had the most horrendous wait time to replace my AC compressor. Initial visit was on Aug 6th and the technician found that we need to replace the compressor. He left saying I will go to other repair and come back. Lo and behold, he reschedules the appointment to Aug 27th, 3 weeks later. All my requests to get a sooner appointment go in vain saying that is the earliest appointment available. And the technician doesn't show up on August 27th and reschedules it to Sep 3rd. There was not reason, explanation for rescheduling just a generic sentence that the technician was not able to make it. technician doesn't direct calls or texts and customer care knows only to say one - "you have reached the right place and I will help you today. I will escalate your issue and put it as high priority". They know all the customer care jargons but know nothing about actual customer relationship. I wouldn't consider Sears for any of my future needs and have already spread the word among my friends to never go with sears.

Appointments was for July 5th. Technician was to show between 10-11am. No show Received a call at 6:30p that he could come then. I cancelled my order. Not good service I pay $66 a month for home protection and this is the service I get

The technician deserves a 5. But the company fails miserably. The first tech ordered the wrong parts. The second technician figured that out and ordered Kenmore brand. I was charged for both orders yet saw no credit on my CC bill when the first order was returned. I then received 15 repeat texts stating tech was coming out a week before. And there was no “stop “ button or human to speak to. Then three different appointments were “no shows” by the tech. I will never buy Kenmore again!

WORST WARRANTY EVER!!! BUYERS BEWARE…DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTY!! THEY LIE REPEATEDLY!! They outsource their customer service all over the world, and they read a script “You’ve reached the right department”and then end saying “sorry ma’am it’s not my department!” I’ve had four technicians and four parts replaced, including the motherboard, to my home, however my refrigerator is STILL NOT WORKING! The third visit occurred on 6/11/24 and as of 6/13/24 my refrigerator is still unrepaired. I have been dealing with this issue since FEBRUARY of 2024! At first, they couldn’t find the parts- a 3 month delay. Then, the parts miraculously arrived to my home. Three sets of the four sets of technicians have been kind and professional. However, one technician left without completing anything! I am beyond frustrated!! I am angry for the time wasted. All my life Sears used to be a reliable American company, they are definitely an “Ameri-can’t”company, now. Can I give a score of -10? It won’t be fun when rabbit’s got the gun!

Less than one star. No place to write “Zero Star.0”He did not show up at all. We waited 10 days for the scheduled service. He called 3 hours into the day and said Sears did not schedule correctly. Whose fault was that? Sears’. He made no attempt to contact Sears and alleviate the pain. Sears has already deducted our $100 deductible - for no service. I called many times for help today to no avail. Put on hold. I want a refund $100 and to cancel our entire protection contract. I am shocked at the poor to non-existent service. Sears: How do you plan to solve this problem?

Did absolutely nothing he asked me what was wrong. Tried to charge me $700 for what he thought was wrong and never looked at the machine I felt robbed of $130 I'm pissed.
