Update 4/30/25 - So they finally showed up for an appointment after four tries. All the technician does is look for the serial code, order the part, and says he's done and will have to come back another day to fix my oven. What? Four days of missed work for him to just take a picture! I provided all of the information from my oven, including pictures. That part should have been ordered and ready to install upon the appointment. I have never in my life had so much trouble getting something fixed. When buying an appliance, 1. Never buy Samsung. 2. If they have warranty work with Sears, don't buy it. Go somewhere else that actually has customer service and not just AI. It is absolutely ridiculous that I have had to miss so much work because they can't get their act together. It takes me a month of work to earn one day. They are making be burn through five! Worst customer service ever! If I could give 0 stars I would. I just had my third cancelled appointment to fix my oven in the past month. They have only AI and foreigners to talk to, which is absolutely no help at all. They schedule their appointments from 8 am - 5 pm with no updates. If you reach out to AI, they will tell you your appointment is confirmed and then 10 minutes later they will cancel it forcing you to miss a full day of work for absolutely nothing. It's Easter weekend and I'm now without an oven because my appointment was cancelled again. Worst customer service ever. Absolutely do not recommend.
