Rating the technician a 5, but thr company a 2. There is no way to speak to anyone after scheduling a service. Its all done by Ai and there is literally no way to communicate with a human about your appointment or concerns etc. Guy fixed my stove fine, but I will never use them again unless they start allowing conversations with a human. Ai assistants are fine for some things, but you have to have some human input...

Kym and Austin were very efficient in diagnosing the problem with our stove, fixing the issue and making sure all was in working order before they left. We had a great experience and will call Sears in the future for any appliance servicing needs.

Excellent repair man. Fixed it so quickly that we couldn’t believe it. No more loud noise from the freezer. Very friendly and customer service was great!
