Technician did a yearly service check up. Cleaned out the back of the fridge. Searched source of leaking water. Will let me know if this is happening on other fridges of the same model.

After two cancellations by the company, two technicians finally showed up to fix my refrigerator. The technicians were professional and courteous. Much respect to those two.

First my name is John Iacono, he had my name wrong. The problem had fixed itself about 4 days before technician arrived, but we still had tech look dryer over. He didn't find anything wrong. He put dryer back together wrong. Tried to call him on cell # multiple times. (same # he used to tell us he was coming) No avail. Had to put dryer back together right, myself. Our appointment was later in the day, so personal hygiene was terrible.

The repair person did great, the company not so much! They had me wait the first day all day to do nothing but cancel my appointment, costing me a day’s worth of pay!

I made an appointment 3 days in advance and rescheduled doctor appointments to fit washer repair appointment. Repair man called me the morning of the appointment and told me I was #2 on his schedule that day and he would be at my home within 1 1/2 hours. After waiting all day for his arrival, I kept checking my appointment revision time for his arrival. It never changed and he NEVER showed up or called to explain the situation surrounding his neglect to show. I have given SEARS one day of my life for nothing. Do not trust them. They are not the same trustworthy company they used to be. It is not hard to send a text or make a call. Where is their decency? To be completely fair, the service tech called me a few days later to apologize. Apology accepted. The world needs more remorseful folks.
